Where is the site located?

  • The site is made up of 3 properties from 4884-4896 Dundas St W. The closest intersection is Dundas Street West and Burnhamthorpe Road.   

What changes are you proposing to the site?

  • We are proposing to demolish the existing buildings with the exception of The Musson House located on 4884 Dundas St W, and construct a new 29-storey residential mixed-use building with one level of below-grade parking. The Musson House is a listed heritage building which will be preserved and incorporated into the new development.

How many Storeys is the building?

  • 29 Storeys with a mix of non-residential and residential levels.  

How many units are proposed?

  • Approximately 395 units with a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and  3-bedrooms. as well as non-residential uses on the first floor. 

Does the development require City Approval?

  • Yes. An official plan amendment, rezoning, and a Site Plan Control application were submitted to the city in April 2022. The rezoning and official plan amendment application was re-submitted in June 2023, reflecting the updated proposal.
