What changes are you proposing to the site?
We are proposing to demolish the existing buildings with the exception of The Musson House located on 4884 Dundas St W, and construct a new 29-storey residential mixed-use building with one level of below-grade parking. The Musson House is a listed heritage building which will be preserved and incorporated into the new development.

29 Storeys with a mix of non-residential and residential levels.
How many units are proposed?
Approximately 395 units with a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedrooms. as well as non-residential uses on the first floor.
Does the development require City Approval?
Yes. An official plan amendment, rezoning, and a Site Plan Control application were submitted to the city in April 2022. The rezoning and official plan amendment application was re-submitted in June 2023, reflecting the updated proposal.
